skin toner for acne or break-outs, as a gargle for sore throats, diluted
in a douche for yeast infections, and much more. Basic Masks Oatmeal, soaked Put a few spoonfuls of clay and oatmeal in a bowl. Add pulp/juice, carrier oil, and essential oil. Stir. Add floral water, tea, or water to obtain consistency desired. Apply to face with fingertips in upward strokes. Leave on for 15 minutes. Gently remove with wet clothe or sponge. Apply floral water to close pores. Pulps: create in blender. Add very small amount of water, if needed.
